Natural wooden home accents were built in the middle of thickets by Kasper Bonna Lundgaard in the year of 2012. Made for his down-syndrome brother, Lundgaard built this home as an easy-maintain home. Surrounded by thickets and greens everywhere, this home was designed to blend with the environment. Using hardwood as its main materials, surely this dwelling will fit the area perfectly. From distance, this unique home easily looked like a tree-house that landed on the ground. What does this wooden residence has inside? Let us find it out.
As the façade, you will see the woods are arranged vertically, creating perfect natural walls for this house. This house main building is shaped in trapezoidal, with higher front roof than the back roof. Actually, this house contains several parts that detached yet still connected each other. A spacious yard in the middle of the area is connecting those parts. For the wooden home accents, some wooden lazy chairs and coffee table are put in this area. An outdoor dining table also provided here to let you have your meal in the nature. This site would be perfect for you to play together with your family, or just to spend your leisure.
Some trees and plants that are planted in this area give another touch of green and natural sensation, combined with the pure color of wood from the wooden exterior. You are able to see this beautiful scenery from inside the glass alley. The glass alley is a wooden alley with glass window covering its wall. Used to grow some plants, this site filled with some kinds of flowers that beautify its presence. The ceiling is unique with some wooden bars are crossing per two items. In the end of this alley, you can see the wall covered by messy-styled wood veneer, and the flooring is of course installing hardwood too.
The same concept is applied inside the house. You will find whole areas, every room, every spot in this house are covered by selected vertical hardwood.
